Will no longer do business with these people. Take my bike in for service and warranty work I get it back with damaged front fender and dented tank. Yea they are fixing it but that is all no compensation nothing. Guess I will be dealing with Napoleon for now on like everyone told me to in the first place.
JUST got my first Harley everyone was great . I would tell everyone and anyone who is thinking of getting one to go see them
Absolutely love the guys there!!! So helpful and thoughtful on everything!! Marcus in parts always goes way out of the way to make sure I know anything new coming out for both our bikes. Very knowledgeable on everything and always goes out of the way to say hi and see how we are every time we stop in to the dealership with out even being in the parts area.
Very pushy, don't like it when you know what your there for and you have some lady literal pushing you to bye things even after you have been asked if you needed help and you say no thank you. But she jest wouldn't stop😫But the guy that my husband was talking to was great and very informative 😎👍😎we might even get our trike from him👍

Just took my new 2016 Ultra Low in for the 1k miles service and garage door opener module install. Staff took great care of the bike and me, as usual!
Very nice dealsership! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Bought our Harley's in Michigan, but that did not matter to the staff here treated very nicely! We have been ignored at other local Harley shops, so Toledo Harley will get our business!
