From the day it opened, it has been my go-to ramen restaurant in DC, and one of my favorite places to bring visitors, despite the awkward seating, until the last three times I visited... Food has definitely gone downhill along with the service. Sad change with the new owners. RecommendedYou MUST know exactly how to get here and to enter through a bar called The Pug, but once here you will delight in the atmosphere, staff, menu and drink. Super cozy place so watch your elbows, but dig into a righteous bowl of ramen and the black beer from Tokyo - flavor combinations are royal.

Amazing Ramen, Steamed Buns and Service!
RecommendedMy family and I love this place. Our only complaint is that it’s tiny and we had to wait about an hour for a table. However, we were able to walk around and they text us when the table was ready. It was every bit worth the wait.
