Tokay Heating and Air is a great company to service our heating and air conditioning needs. They are readily available when needed. Very friendly and customer service oriented. Staff are super professional.
Had a problem with the heating system. They came out promptly the next morning and found we had to replace the whole unit as it was very old and worn out. Promised us a new unit and heat by 2 pm the next day and they were spot on! Excellent service, showed up when they said they would and handled everything professionally. Very friendly and personable workers. Thank you for fast and efficient service.

On Memorial Day they spent five hours putting new ducting in our house. Awesome so happy we hired them. Professional and very nice Thank you

WOW......had a part installed on our AC unit (that was under warranty mind you) that took the gentleman 1 HOUR TO INSTALL and we were charged $600 for the labor!!!! (apparently it was suppose to be $2'400!!) I'm sorry but that's a RIDICULOUS fee to charge for 1 hours worth of work and the only reason why we paid was because of the gentleman-NOT because of the company! I understand that you have to make a profit but GOOD LORD......talk about trying to rip us off!
Thanks to Tokay Heating & Air for a major $$ savings and PG & E rebate. Great work.

It's hard to find a good, honest mechanic, plumber, etc. if you need a GREAT, honest heating & air company, look no further. Ron & his crew are the BEST!
