Together homecare is an amazing company! They are understanding and they actually care about you not only as a employee but also the person you are! They are exactly like Maxim and spend more money on office staff than nursing. The office staff or client service managers are just chasing quotas and numbers. They are only nice to you to come on board
I havent even started working here yet and I can just tell by talking on the phone to Nick from the Columbus Indiana branch and emailing eith him thst these people really care about their employees as well as their residents. I have worked at different places and I just feel like this is finally going to be the place for me.
If you are looking for great hours , wonderful clients , and a amazing staffing team that makes sure you feel like part of the company and not just “some worker” , you may want to reconsider working here . I have been with this company for 9 months at first it was awesome although I’ve never received the 40 hours I look for ! There’s always a problem and I am not a problem seeker . Apply at your own risk ! Too many care givers not enough clients .
