Dr. Todd is the BEST!!! He really cares about his patients both medically and personally. I was a patient of his Dad’s for over 20 years and Dr. Todd is just like him. Which is why I don’t mind the drive from the Windward side to Kapolei!!! His office team are so friendly and helpful too!!!
Dr. Nakagawa, I call him Dr. Todd, (lol) he is very informative, addresses my concerns, and friendly. I've been a patient for many years. Good location with lots of free parking. That's a plus for me!
Dr. Nakagawa and the whole team are amazing. From check-in to check-out, everyone was kind, professional, and efficient. Dr. Nakagawa took time to explain my prescription changes and gave great tips for reducing eye strain at work. The office is clean, modern, and they’re on time with appointments — huge plus.
