They were able to get my wife in last minute when she was having some extreme eye pain. The urgent care misdiagnosed it for pink eye. But Dr Nakagawa was able to help her get the care she needed. Very impressed.
Dr. Nakagawa is an incredible Doctor and personable. Especially great with my kids. He took the time to teach my 8 year old how to wear daily contacts which helped her sight so much. He takes the time to answer questions. My teens listen to him about limiting time on devices for their eyes. His staff are amazing and kind while selecting glasses and help maintain them. Really nice selection there.
EDIT: I returned last week and had a great experience. 2023: I want to preface this by saying that everyone in the office is kind and respectful. My issues below were all resolved. I went in for my first appointment several months ago. I was told my prescription and I chose not to order that day. I was not given a written script, but planned to return to order anyway.
