This was my first time meeting Dr. Dorfman!! Dr. Dorfman took the time to explain everything to me. Dr. Dorfman listened if I had any questions and he answered those thoroughly. I will highly recommend Dr. Dorfman to anyone who needs a great cardiologist. You won't be disappointed!!!
I have moderate to severe aortic stenosis. My first echocardiogram was in 2007. When I moved to TN in 2013, Dr Kreth began monitoring my condition. Both he and Dr Dorfman have said my echocardiogram in June may show this Summer to be our best window of opportunity to use the less invasive TAVR to replace my valve. Dr Dorfman understands my situation and is taking over where Dr Kreth left off. I am pleased with his knowledge and compassion. I feel confident that I’m in good hands.
I had a very positive experience when I visited Dr. Dorfman for an initial visit. He is a good listener and answered my questions so that I could understand him. I highly recommend him to others seeking cardiac care. I was scheduled for an appointment in a reasonable length of time. In the office, the waiting time to see the doctor was short enough to suit me. The staff was friendly and courteous and listened to my history and recorded necessary information for my records.
I never met or heard of Dr. Dorfman until I had a heart attack. He came to the ER to help me. I have now known him and been his patient since April 20014. Through a stint and medication he has gotten my life back to better than normal. He is one of the nicest Doctors I've ever met, treats me like a friend not a medical illiterate. Seems I had a heart attack and didn’t know it…plus some pretty significant blockage based on the tests. Went to Centennial Heart at Summit where I met Dr. Todd Dorfman. From our first meeting to the cardiac stent he inserted into my heart, he made sure I understood what was going on each and every step of the way. He accomplished this in easy to understand language, along with his “artistic” drawings to ensure I understood what happened and what he did to fix my heart. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
A really good doctor and amazing staff.how many doctors do you know will call you at 730 pm at your house with your test results .this is a first for me .highly recommend.
Dr. Dorfman and Staff are great! He is wonderful with my 90 yr. old Mom. Love the fact that he doesn't push meds unless necessary. We are so blessed to have found such a qualified doctor like him. Highly recommend.
