I have seen Dr. Dorfman three times over the past year. He is very thorough, short and to the point when explaining his findings, but takes time to answer my questions when I ask. The entire staff is efficient and I have not had to wait, which save my time and theirs! I am very comfortable with his expertise and care.
Dr. Dorfman was very helpful in helping me understand and come to grips with a fairly frightening diagnosis. He helped to move the process along quickly and get me moving toward a surgical repair. He was friendly and put me at ease. I would confidently recommend him to others.
During my visit & examination with Dr. he makes me feel that my concerns are the most important thing he has to deal with, not like others that are concerned with writing prescriptions for first complaint heard and get me out the door. he listens, questions to find possible underlying causes of problem, is thorough in explaining his conclusions. explains possible options of treatments so i understand.& very adapt at being professional &personal at the same time. I feel he cares for my health

Dr. Dorfman explained things on patient level, he was direct & to the point, which I appreciated. He listened to what I had to say.
Dr. Dorfman is thorough and kind. He understands that everyone has physical and financial limitations. He cares about how you take your medicine and wants you to get the maximum benefit from your medical care/medications. He explains things simply and tells you why you should or shouldn't be worried. As a senior, this is very important as all of us want to have a good quality of life regardless of our age.
When I was in Summit with a-fin, needless to say I was scared. Dr. Coffman was so kind and took the time to explain any questions I had. I would fully recommend him to anyone needing no a first rate cardiologist.
I really appreciated my visit with Dr Dorfman. He understood my situation quickly and took the time to speak with me about my concerns. I have faith in his medical expertise and am thankful to be in his care.
Dr Dorfman is topnotch! Not only is he an excellent Cardiologist, he's down-to-earth and personable. He takes the time to understand your concerns and makes sure you understand his concerns about you. I first met him in the Emergency Room, just after a heart attack. He placed a stent in my heart by going through my wrist. Dr. Dorfman is very skilled in this procedure and had the stent in place within minutes after prepping me. My relief was immediate! I highly recommend him!
