Horrible office staff. Never return phone calls. Daughter 32 yr old with pericarditis unable to get appropriate care and dr dorfman did not take urgency of her illness seriously. Unless your illness screams what it is- I do not recommend this cardiologist. With bad office nurse who lies about returning phone calls, poor ED support from TriStar Summit hospital- using this MD is a crap shoot. The answering service has to be forced to call him as well. Way too many issues in this practice to deal w
Dorfman is arrogant and prescribed medicine that cause a fall that nearly killed me. I won't be back.
Inconsiderate, border line rude and impatient. Does not appear to like the patient asking questions.
My wife just came out of Summit Hospital in which she thought she was having a heart attack. He may be a good doctor but he is very rude, arrogant, and very upsetting to a patient on a cardiac floor. Imagine being 76 years old and being chewed out because she felt she could not communicate with Dorfman. She want be back.
