Easy to understand......thorough....
I was seen promptly upon arrival. Dr. Dorfman was professional, courteous, explained my situation and condition to my satisfaction and thoroughly answered all of my questions.
Excellent.
I have come to rely upon Dr Dorfman’s expertise and advice. Those who work with him are also dedicated to the task of taking care of my health. I met with his PA on the 21st because he was called away for an emergency. She took the time to answer my questions, just as he would have done.
AS usual in time and complete. No questions left unanswered.

Dr. Todd Dorfman and his staff are very friendly and helpful. On my first visit to the office I realized Dr. Dorfman was very intelligent, articulate and informed. So I continue to have him as my Doctor and drive from Springfield TN to visit him. Every time I have visited his office the staff is always ready to help, check in is usually quick, and I am seen promptly. The results of my CT were received quickly, so I didn't have to have that worry hanging over me for days.
I was very pleased with my visit. I waited no more than ten minutes and the staff were very pleasant. Dr. Dorfman was very professional and aware of my health issue. The nurses were very professional.
Unquestionably a skilled physician, but bedside manner and customer relations are not his strong suits. He asked questions then didn't really listen to the answers. Appeared to be in a hurry and seemed like he was just checking boxes rather than actually caring for a post-heart-attack patient... I trust his skills and knowledge but feel I cannot assume he is fully engaged in my individual health... Could be "the system" forces him to over extend?
