I am a current resident, and I think I speak for most people when I say this place is not worth it what so ever. The place is constantly dirty, everything is cheaply made, the walls are thin, and the residents are loud/rude/ up at all hours. It might be in a great location, but whats the point if you come home to a pigsty.
Probably the most really really ridiculously good looking apartment building I've ever set foot in. Good location, better people.
Well if you like living in an adult dorm then this is your place. They will email the school and your parents of anything they deam not to their liking. Trust me when I say you will want to move out within a month. The pool is very nice and everything but when there is construction going on dust is everywhere. Also good luck sleeping if you live beside the pool construction starts at 630 am and the walls are thinner than a fruit roll up. In summary if you want to pay close to a grand to live in adult dorm this your place.
