Pool should be open by now. I'm very disgusted by this complete lack of care.
Utility charges at Todd are outrageous. The first $100 is added on to your already way overpriced rent and any additional is charged to the tenant--warmest winter ever and the utility bill still exceeds $400 a month. You must pay to heat the parking garage in addition to the rest of the common places. Can't wait until moveout when they try to rip you off even more.
