RecommendedThe staff is super friendly. Great location. Do wish there was a way to get to from the 3rd floor to the lounge with a key pad thing in the back stairwell. The maintenance people are awesome too since they have a lot of fixing to do since our appliances tend to be on the cheaper side. My room and some other rooms have had problems with fruit flies as well. Other than that, love the lounge and facilities!
Awful management in regards to move-out - very unreasonable definition of what condition of walls etc need to be - while they have ZERO scheduled maintenance and awful air quality - vents are terrible - full of dust. Spent three days cleaning with three adults plus three students and still pinged $200 each for repairs. Many better choices in Columbia.

This place is awful. They not only moved me into an apartment that was dirty and never inspected, then after 2 months they forced me to move apartments with a 5 days notice against my will. This place has caused me to have countless anxiety attacks . I wouldn't recommend anyone to live here. Chose U Center or Brookside over this garbage hole.
I couldn't ask for anything more in a student complex, the amenities, staff, and environment is unbeatable. Excited for the next year at Todd
