Would like to be refunded for the money taken out of my account. I canceled membership a few months back and after seeing the payment taken out, called and spoke to manager on duty. She told me no record of canceling and therefore nothing she could do. I expected much better customer service and since working in the customer service field know that she could have handled this for me. It would be nice if the manger reached out to me and offered the refund.
