TOCABE!!! They catered our wedding. They are our friends. And they have the most delicious healthy real and scrumptiously prepared with love, food. I will always sing their praises of appreciation for all they do! Thanks to my husband for always indulging me whenever we are nearby. We LOVE supporting great businesses with great people behind them.
I love how I felt after eating the POSU bowl with quinoa. Nothing was overly salty and the hot sauce was nice and hot. Sometimes after eating restaurant food I feel guilty and bloated. TMI I know but this is feel good yumminess and I hope they are around for a long time. I wish Steamboat Springs had a place like this .. nod nod wink wink!!
This is one of my favorite restaurants in the state of Colorado. We come here almost every time we're in Denver, and I love introducing visitors to the deliciousness! I ordered the bison spare ribs for the first time in a while and they came out steaming hot and cooked to perfection. My one disappointment was that I was offered the seasonal squash & zucchini as a side, but after a few minutes of waiting was informed they were out of the seasonal side.
