Do yourself a favor and have the nachos "original" style, but add corn and cheese sauce. Have a fry bread with honey for dessert. SO good ;)

I had no idea what to expect, but the day was a day of many firsts and I am so thrilled that we tried this place. Counter service done right and the selections are abundant and all looked delicious. I decided on a shredded bison bowl with tomatoes, lettuce,shredded cheese, hominy,roasted green Chile's topped with sour cream and Ancho chipotle sauce. It was accompanied by grilled bannock. Phenomenal food! I am going to tell everyone I know to go here. I had the shredded bison with a side of wild rice. I also tried the wojapi, everything was delicious! Mad props to my indigenous people. My only complaint is they don't have locations in all 50 states :)
