Dr. Cates and his staff were prompt with my appointment, thorough in their diagnosis of my knee, and were able to answer all of my questions. I would highly recommend!
Even with a schedule snafu, all good and getting better. Was the first time that Lindsey was more available than Dr. Hamilton. He will still be my first choice if I have to have knee surgery. Also, if you have hip pain, let him fix it. Don't suffer.
Dr Renfree is an excellent surgeon but not once have I been seen within 60 minutes of appointment time. He seems to have no regard for others' time and does not give much time and attention when he finally does come in the room. There is more to being a great doctor than just being a great surgeon. His support staff in clinic and in the surgery center makes light of his always being late and says he is worth the wait. I miss the kindness and consideration of Dr. Parsons and Dr. Naylor!! Dr.pesut is a Dr who knows what she's doing, and does it well. She transformed my foot after years of pain. I'm pain free, can wear all my shoes, no exception.
