Originally a mercantile built in approximately 1890, the structure has housed many businesses. Following prohibition, it became a beer parlor and has been a Tavern/restaurant since the early sixties.

They accommodate us with 10 people. The food was delicious. Service was awsome
Small town port. Toby's is right on the water's edge. The food and atmosphere are just as great as the view. Just a great place with a nautical motif where all the locals know each other. Fantastic experience and I highly recommend it.

Whenever we do a day trip and end up over in Coupeville, we gravitate to Toby's. We checked out the 2018 Mussel Festival for the first time. Beautiful day and kinda cool, but hey whatd'ya expect? Its early March. Ended up at Toby's. Crowded but we got the corner window table. Staff was friendly and really on the ball. Bowl of mussels was delicious.
