A reputation for great blues and debauchery stretching back more than 80 years. – In Short Established more than eight decades ago, Tobacco Road is Miami's bar of choice for great blues and food. Its two stages have played host to many blues legends, including B.B. King, Koko Taylor and Albert Collins. It's also one of the few places in town where local bands regularly perform. Even Al Capone used to hang at the Road during its days as a speakeasy. The Road also holds Miami's liquor license No. 1.

Best bar in Miami – One of my favorites. Perfect location. You can't go wrong with this place. The food is great, try the loaded nachos at least once in your lifetime. For dessert, get the chocolate bomb, a warm fudge cake with ice cream on top... so goooood. Great service, great prices, great food, great music. This place is a classic. Light years away from South Beach shallowness, silly trendiness and fashion obsession. There's a small triangular parking lot at the end of the block right before the bridge. Parking there is... read more

miami's oldest bar – this place great. so when you go to a bar and pay 13$ for a screwdriver what do you get? vodka and tang, right? check out how at the road they squeeze those florida oranges for your drinks, right there in front of your face. nightly specials, awesome live music, from jazz to punk in spanglish. yearly crawfish boil festival - open until 5am. leave your bling bling out of the road.

wuh happened to this place? – It's a shame what's happened to the ol' Tobacco Road. No one seems to care for going to the place anymore. Where are the Blues bands? Where is the sense of pride? The place is falling apart and the music is just awful. BRING BACK the music! Keep the neighborhood seedy bar thing, but at least make the place presentable. I have to say that they staff couldn't be nicer. If you go, say hi to Charlie - he's a bartender's bartender.

Great Live Music – W went on a Saturday. We loved it. It had the atmosphere we were looking for a mix of adults and mature younger crowd. The music was exceptional if you like blues. The area was a little concern at the beginning but shortly after, felt very comfortable. Reasonably priced.

Don't be surprised ... – Don't be surprised when you walk into Tobacco Road. First Impressions can be deceiving. The service is above average. Most of the girls are of college age and work there for tuition. Be good to them and they will be good to you. The food is great. Everything is fresh. I recommed the Chips and fresh salsa and of course the bbq burger. Music is great if you graduated high school in the mid to late seventies.... my mom loves it there. I hope this helps.

Great bands, but gotta clean the taps – didnt eat there just went for a few drinks and to check it out-there was a blues band there they were having some technical difficulties with their equipment but once they got it working they were incredible, the guiness tap needsa cleaning but once i switched to bottled redstripe all was well.would go back for the bands but would probably shy away from food and tap drinks.also a very diverse but sparse crowd the saturday night that i was there.
