I visited the surprise Arizona store. I was very specific in the detail job I was wanting done on my pick up. The manager gave me a price quote for that of $40. When I got back into my vehicle they had simply vacuumed the floor and wiped the doors and the dash. There was still mud in the backseat and dirt and spots all over the seats still. When I asked the manager if they could fix their unprofessional job instead of apologizing and having good customer service and trying to fix the problem he was extremely rude.

I will NEVER EVER EVER EVER GO BACK to this place.. This carwash is the worst.. No STARS!!

I paid 60 dollars for an oil change && "free car wash" ! Smh.. Bugs & grime left on my car to add to the shine ! The young lady working at the register was nice that is the only good thing about this place.

The worst place I have bene to they do not .. know how to change oil let alone wash a car . I had to crawl under my truck and show them were the grease fitting s were and how to lube the chassis I felt like I was training these guys how to change the oil . The are not qualified to work on anyone's car.

Got an oil change and car wash here yesterday..was fine with everything( not a fantastic car wash, but it was 'free' with the oil change.) But then I got home and opened my passenger side back door and there was still a huge spilled juice mess on my door. They didn't even attempt to wipe it down.

Not even sure this place deserves one star. Have never had a car wash experience this bad. I got an oil change and still paid for the car wash because I wanted the upgrade. Had muddy foot print in the back of my van, they ripped my parking decal off of my mirror, and only cleaned spots of my dash. Didn't even wipe the doors. All I wanted was my car wash money back and they refused. One of the dryers sarcastically offered to pay me out of his pocket, had to tell him twice to get away from me. I was at TNT Car Wash just recently and I was completely satisfied. I've never had a better experience with any other wash. The new management they're under handles everything with such delicacy and grace I just couldn't believe. I suggest everyone goes there to get their vehicles serviced and washed! I love that place!

Since I have lived in Arizona, I have tried several car washes. This one is by far the best one. The first time I was there, I got the premium wash. The greeter was very friendly and low pressure. The car wash done quickly and came out great. My last visit I decided to get the interior detailed, I have 2 kids and the inside was getting pretty bad. I was so impressed, it came out looking like new. I found my new wash.
