Slow service, customer service sucks, very poor management skill for resolution of double charging for my services. Would not recommend them.
Went to peoria location today, worst car wash i have ever gotten. I was the only one in line so they weren't busy. They had no problem adding on the dollar for large vehicle...i drive a buick encore, smaller than some sedans on the road. The outbound side had 1 other car that was almost finished up so 3 workers were able to work on my car..sorry SUV to them. They finished up in less than 5 mins on a premium wash. 1st appearance: dirty; trash on ground...after they dried my vehicle, they made a u-turn to a covered area for detailing I ordered; hitting the brakes quickly when he almost pulled in front of another vehicle...car sat for another 15 minutes before someone got to it...there was a "viewing" window to observe the addtl detailing, but it was filthy too...like I said; 1st appearances say alot...
