Good management company. – I signed a 2 year lease on a home managed by TMS Properties and I can honestly say that everything has been handled with care and ease. I was apprehensive to sign such a long lease (I normally sign 1 year leases) but now in retrospect I am so happy to have been with TMS for so long and I wish I had signed a longer lease.
