There are property managers and then there are great property managers. TMS is the latter. They respond to my concerns and questions just like I matter and they are working for me. The home is well taken care of and rarely vacant if at all.
They really know their stuff here and their experience shows in the way they do things. They still will listen when you have a question or suggestion. I am happy to have them in control of my rental. I know everything will always be taken care of.
TMS properties has been taking care of my home for about three years. My tenants always tell me they are doing a great job. Everything gets handled well and I've been very pleased with them.
I was referred to TMS by my sister and I was curious to how she had such a great experience, so I'd thought to give them a try and I am so glad that I did. These guys at TMS aren't only knowledgeable of the properties and have answers to all questions that arose but they were organized and truly cared about our needs as well.
We've been with you guys for some years now and we have absolutely no complaints.
They are really good people and if you work with them they will work with you. I know for a fact they have good morals and operate this business with dignity.
If you're interested in one of their homes by all means give them a call. They are great, and I would have no issues recommending them to people looking to rent a nice clean home. Take all reviews with a grain of salt, your miles may vary, I'm just giving you a review of my experience with this company.
Our garage door slipped off the track and I left a message with the maintenance. LESS THAN AN HOUR LATER he was at our front door and ready to look at the door. Even though he was unable to fix the problem he had an appointment set up for a garage door repair company to fix it THE SAME DAY!
When it came down to our rental property TMS has many great services for any request that we make. We hired them some years ago, and we haven't regretted our decision. I highly suggest this property management to anyone looking for a caring and professional company.
