Stopped by their Grimes office over a month ago seeking a quote on a deck project that my husband and I were super excited about. Initially, it really felt like the company was excited and cared to win our business and complete the work for our project. Horrible company. Been fighting with them for WEEKS to do a roof cap repair. A simple repair they can’t get right. Their communication is absolutely horrible. Their scheduling is atrocious. And they have zero follow up. All for being extremely overpriced for the work they don’t even do. Oh and if you want estimates for windows or anything else. Just don’t. They won’t call you back with those either. But hey, they all seem extremely nice, so that’s a plus……

Our experience with TMJ Construction began after a major hail storm damaged our roof, siding, and gutters. While we are happy with the completed work and were very pleased with the installation crews, our overall experience was frustrating and disappointing due to our sales representative, Mike Hansen. John and his team were very professional and friendly. They were there every step of the way to keep us informed of any issues with pictures and explanations. The new roof is beautiful. Would definitely recommend them .
