I had a great experience on February 4, my vision was blurry so De Shrezta call the optometrist and they saw me immediately. What I thought was , a strain eye was a stroke when I made it to the hospital, I'm grateful because every second counts .

This office is horrible. Been waiting over six weeks for an appointment for my daughter. I have called twice. Called again and was told they declined her referral. No explanation other than they just do not want to take her. No phone call. Nothing. No one will help you or offer any assistance. They say they will call you back and never do.

I would honestly prefer to give 0 or -100 stars. This office has the most ABYSMAL staff I have ever encountered. My spouse suspects they have Seronegative RA and was referred to this office by their PCP Decmeber 19th, 2025. We waited 5 weeks for the office to call and when they did not I called them to schedule a new patient appointment. They told me that they had not yet received the referral even though the PCP confirmed it to be successfully sent to the correct electronic fax number, I made sure to verify with both office... read more
