If I could rate it a zero I would! I have never felt more mistreated by a Doctors Office ever in my life and I’m an old lady! From the staff to the Doctors, nobody cares! I started seeing a new rheumatologist, out of town, and realize that the medication I have been on for over two years injecting myself with has done absolutely zero good for me?! Really? My doctor here couldn’t tell me that I will not be back there again. I will drive to Jacksonville or Alabama or wherever I need to go before I ever go back to this office. ... read more
Very defensive when questioned regarding medications and treatment. Disrespective of patients, poor behavior, and prone to fits of anger.
This office is horrible. Been waiting over 3 weeks for an appointment, they really need to hire some good help people should not have to wait that long just to schedule an appointment.
I had a great experience on February 4, my vision was blurry so De Shrezta call the optometrist and they saw me immediately. What I thought was , a strain eye was a stroke when I made it to the hospital, I'm grateful because every second counts .
This office is horrible. Been waiting over six weeks for an appointment for my daughter. I have called twice. Called again and was told they declined her referral. No explanation other than they just do not want to take her. No phone call. Nothing. No one will help you or offer any assistance. They say they will call you back and never do.
