I was taken into the office early. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Dr.. Gollirue was thorough in asking necessary questions and showed interest in doing what's best for me. She offered to help me get a new pump that I can use a dexcom type device with. I'm sorry my next appointment was scheduled with someone else. I do better with a female endocrinologist.
I am COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED with the way I have been treated by this facility. I have been trying to get in for an appointment since mid August and there is APPARENTLY still a problem with my referral. I have been in contact back and forth with both TMH Endocrinology (going in person and calling) and my primary care office and it is always the same issue. This is a no for me the doctor assigned to my teenager gave meds and we worked on diet no change when asked for medicine change Dr Ambrose became annoyed. It is truth doctors must understand all needs the guessing is over.
Don't know what has happened to this place one of the worst experiences I've ever had staff did not know what they were doing and doctors Seemed incompetent. Avoid at all cost I'll be looking for another doctor
