Almost every appointment I make gets cancelled and rescheduled. When I finally have the appointment, it takes an hour for them to get to me. My appointment today was at 8:30am. It is 9:20 and I still haven’t been seen. This place is ridiculous for me 90% of the time. I don’t understand their workflow and their organization.

I have Medullary Thyroid Carcinoma. This office wasn’t returning my calls about get an appointment. Today they said “because we don’t have your last blood work” In 15 minutes drive to the place and after they took 5 minutes reading my history and test, a lady come back to the lobby to said “we don’t accept new patient’s hypothyroid” I felt like a number, they don’t care you have a deadly decease. I explain Moffitt check my cancer, I need an endocrinologist locally. They don’t care.

Getting one star because zero wasn’t an option. Almost three months after moving from Cincinnati to Florida I have been trying to get seen by TMH endocrinology. I had two people scream at me from the call center saying because I didn’t have updated bloodwork they wouldn’t help me at all. I was diagnosed with Addison’s disease in 2021. It’s an extremely rare disease and can be fatal if I don’t have my medication. My treatment and care with Dr. Freeman - Endocrinologist is always excellent- exceeding my expectations. He’s thorough and kind.
