Follow-up to facility on the status of completion for documents that were dropped off. What was told to me was that they couldn't complete since they haven't seen him, informed the clerk that "yes" you have seen him is the reason he was referred out. I informed the clerk at that time that we were doing has instructed by the company that needed the documents completed. With an unprofessional attitude I was told that the documents will be completed and there is a charge and we will call you when they are ready:( My thoughts ar... read more

Dr Scott is absolutely amazing and cares about his patients like family. He doesn't put you through anything that isn't necessary for you to go through. He explains everything in detail and listens to every question you have. Great Dr and great staff
