This was my first time coming to this Hospital and the staff were great. I had surgery the staff made me feel very comfortable.
I have a deep appreciation for the staff at TMC. My husband has been a patient there for several days and the care he has received could not be better. Everyone from the nurses, patient care techs, food services, case managers, physical and occupational therapists have been wonderful.
I had a horrible experience recently with my son in the emergency room, no one assisted me in helping to get him out of the car, was told by 2 staff members it was against hospital policy. It is a sad thing, when you expect a certain level of caring and help and are treated like you are bothering their social happy hour. Will never "choose TMC" again. I was in room 765. The patient care was extremely poor. 1 great nurse Eden! Case manager Janet was helpful and the Doc's were attentive. Would never recommend TMC to anyone I care about
