I think TMC should focus less on fundraising & gimmicks & more on patient care. I lost BOTH my in laws to their crappy care AND i got a nasty infection after having surgery there. I would choose to bleed to death before putting my care in their hands. They would just make me die a slow painfu death. They are more about lining their pockets & being on the news.
The care provided by TMC was not bad but their billing center on the other hand is completely ridiculous they settled with my insurance company and are trying to charge me the remaining as if they don't know what the word settlement means. You'll never see me return or advise anyone to ever go to TMC again
Great place to have surgery.Staff was very friendly and thoughtful. Thank you for making our family and my husband feel better in a tough situation .
I recently had a heart procedure done here at TMC. Everyone was so nice to me, answered all my questions and concerns. I love the ones who have a sense of humor. They were very careful with me and let all my family members stay with me up until I had to go in the sterile room for procedure and that means a lot because you need family with you to help you stay calm and talk about normal things to keep your mind off everything. TMC has reverted back to their old ways. Their doctors and nurses do not seem to care and do not act in a prompt or concerned manner even in an emergency. Nurses are very unkind and rude, especially Carly. The care is below standard at best. Do yourself a favor and go to St Joseph or Banner UMC.
Best hospital experience ever. My son went in after having a fainting spell and was admitted .All staff was wounded very caring and professional. Made us feel at home and as comfortable as possible.
