My experience was amazing. The office is so peaceful. Dr. Hong is very precise and Mariely the patient coordinator is great. She is very thorough and explains everything with a smile 😃. Can’t wait to go back!
Outstanding clinicians. Frustratingly poor front office communication. I recommended the office to a friend, who tried scheduling an appointment but never received a callback. On a separate occasion, I sent an email to the office and received no response. I then called to follow up with the office and was promised a response the following week…still nothing. Overall - great clinical care, abysmal front office support.
