Typically I approach my visit to the dentist with much drama and trepidation. On my first visit to TLC it was even more so because I didnât know what to expect. These fears were quickly laid to rest with the care and attention I received from my check in to seeing the doctor. At TLC the staff take time to make sure everything is explained and to allay your fears. As my X-rays were taken I found my nerves dissipated. Dr Coutras was very attentive and gentle. Professional, efficient and nice office.
Very nice place. Very clean too. Very nice staff. The dentist is very honest, direct and nice. I like this place. I take one star off because the billing staff handed me a bill with an extra $140.00. She even went over the bill with me but none of us caught the error. When I went home to review my bill, I noticed the error. They did correct it immediately. I find that they should simplify their billing print out sheet along with their Method of billing. It was confusing because they bill you for the next visit in advance c... read more
