I was told one price from a young lady at the desk when I checked. Once service was completed, I was checked out by another lady in which she informed me that I HAD to pay my deductible. She also emphasized that I have PPO and there is a deductible that I have to pay upfront. She even went to print out my benefits and highlighted them. TLC is very professional from the time you check in until you check out. I am extremely pleased with my experience. Received a new hygienist today. I was a little disappointed at first because I really liked my previous person. However, after my cleaning I was very pleased with my new person. Loved her.! Very happy with TLC! Sherry
