I received the most beautiful bouquet today to celebrate my birthday week. A gorgeous mix of colourful, fragrant flowers. So beautiful.
I honestly don’t know how this place still gets customers. I ordered a corsage and boutineer two weeks in advance of prom and it wasn’t ready and they had me waiting for over an hour while there was multiple other people in line that had ordered after me and still had theirs ready in advance. They also had a bunch of other orders not prepared that had been ordered months in advance. Most unorganized business I’ve ever seen. I received flowers from TL Floral as a gift but after just two days the flowers completely died. This was the flowers 4 days after we received them: Also worth mentioning that the delivery was late as well. Even though these were received as a gift, it’s still unfortunately disappointing that someone else spent hard earned money on these!
Hours could be wrong on Google, besides that, my experience was wonderful. Great experience, beautiful arrangement. I would recommend to anyone.
I have ordered several times and have been extremely thrilled with the creativity and flower arrangements. Recently I placed an order in advance for a specific date. Four days after the expected date of delivery, I followed up to find out the order was never placed ... hence not delivered. Other factors were provided including the owner's life event and a snow storm. I totally empathize on both accounts. However, no communication was ever sent to explain the delay.
