I have ordered several times and have been extremely thrilled with the creativity and flower arrangements. Recently I placed an order in advance for a specific date. Four days after the expected date of delivery, I followed up to find out the order was never placed ... hence not delivered. Other factors were provided including the owner's life event and a snow storm. I totally empathize on both accounts. However, no communication was ever sent to explain the delay. Due to another place falling through, I called at 12:30 the same day I needed a delivery. They were pleasant and accommodating, and my order was delivered by 2:30. It was better than described! I DEFINITELY recommend!
My mother in law ordered me an arrangement for the birth of my daughter it was delivered at almost 9pm on a Saturday. Half of the order was not delivered, my Mother in law called and was told it would be delivered the next day but they were busy and couldn’t find the address which is clearly on the front of my residents and a mere 5min drive from the business location. It was not delivered the next day , she called again and was told it would be delivered the day after that, it wasn’t. Her phone calls were then being ignored... read more
