Today, August 8, 2026, I went to MedFast in Titusville Fl near Target. In fact, I went there 2 weeks ago also. I only have kind things to say about my experiences at MedFast. When you walk in you are politely greeted by the receptionist that gives you the paperwork to get the visit started. I have never had to wait very long to be seen and taken care of. The staff were very kind. We were seen promptly.
I appreciate all of the staff at this location. From the front desk to the nurses and Drs. They’ve helped us numerous times when pediatrician can’t fit us in.
I had a billing snafu regarding a visit in June. Although it took a few phone calls I eventually said I would come in & show my receipt. The young lady at the front desk (who is not responsible for billing and insurance issues) immediately offered to help me resolve my problem. She knew immediately what the problem was & phoned the billing office in Merritt Island to resolve it. It took a few minutes but she resolved my problem swiftly , professionally & so kindly.
