Dr McShane performed a spinal block procedure. He was efficient,informative, sensitive and gentle. Barely knew anything uncomfortable. Little to no pain. Amanda, Jainee and Vince, capable, sympathetic , knowledgeable and charming were the OR staff. Nicole was tender and helpful. Rosie (W.W.W.) though gruff in her bedside manner, was charming, funny, capable and leader of the pack. Absolutely wonderful experience.Thank you immensely!
