Beware of their shady business practice. If you overpay based on the estimate they require you to pay prior to surgery, you will not receive a refund timely. My surgery was 02/17/26, my insurance paid the claim 02/26/26 and a credit balance sat on my account until I called 04/20/26 and requested it. The office confirmed the credit and said I would receive a check in the mail. Dr McShane performed a spinal block procedure. He was efficient,informative, sensitive and gentle. Barely knew anything uncomfortable. Little to no pain. Amanda, Jainee and Vince, capable, sympathetic , knowledgeable and charming were the OR staff. Nicole was tender and helpful. Rosie (W.W.W.) though gruff in her bedside manner, was charming, funny, capable and leader of the pack. Absolutely wonderful experience.Thank you immensely!
