My family and I are new members and absolutely love it! We are excited to go everyday and the Staff at Title make you feel like family! Absolutely wonderful people, the trainers are exciting and engaging! I would recommend them to everyone big or small!
I enjoyed my first day of kick boxing here!!! Captain America kept everyone engaged in the workout, the staff communicated well with me and let me know everything I need to know upfront! I must say the class really pushed me sanitation is a plus for me and it was great to see so many cleaning supplies available. Most of all I love that I can bring my children there while I workout!

I've been a member for about 7weeks or so now. I had a knee injury & still have a lot of pain after surgery & PT. Not to mention gaining 50lbs & losing tons of muscle tone. I have been able to modify things that are too difficult and still get in an awesome workout. I just keep moving! However, with my very busy work/kid schedule, I don't get to go as often as I would like to. I wish there were more midday classes on Tuesday & Thursday. But I love the workout and already feel stronger. I will continue to go whenever I can!
Not for me ! The owner was extremely rude and pushy and I basically left in tears . He showed no care in my fitness goals and bashed the supplement line that I was using and love ! It was a pretty hardcore workout but the way I was treated and pushed to buy something right then and there made me really dislike their concept !
UPDATE: Without change, we wouldn't have butterflies. Title, my friends and family, has changed, and it's even better!!! I can go and focus and be completely supported, even if I don't speak to anyone while there. I've been to YMCA, Gold's, and some smaller gyms, and TITLE is the only place you get everything you want and need. The energy in this place is amazing!
