This Place is a great place to get ur mind, spirit, body, & soul in tact
The training really challenges me every time, and the trainers are great. I would recommend Title Boxing to anybody looking to either add to what they are already doing, or simply want to change up their routine.
I tried it for free with my husband. We are both out of shape, and have never done boxing but Toya took her time before hand and showed us how to wrap our hands and the boxing moves. We joined and I love it.

This place is amazing!!! I started out with the school challenge in March and love it so much that I decided to join to make a difference in my life. I am a morning person and the early morning classes are great! The instructors are all amazing and push me in the right direction every time. Love this place!
I started doing this for the school vs school challenge. I really Hate running and never felt my endorphins kick in but... I love Title Boxing ..it rocks.
