What a great place!! I have only been going for two weeks and I am hooked!! The trainers are so motivating and keep the hour long classes fun and constantly changing!! I love that I get a full body workout!! I am down 9 pounds and 10 inches already!!

I never had thought about doing boxing as a workout. So glad I tried it. The workouts are very challenging and you couldn't ask for a nicer group of trainers. I love Title boxing. :)

Today I was informed my services at Tite Boxing club was no longer needed. This was over a complaint by a woman that was overly friendly towards me during my personal workout time. I wasn't even on the clock. I believe that my lack of interest in her personal life may have caused her some embarressment, which the gym said her husband took offence too. Seriously! I can't express enough how amazing it feels to be apart of Title boxing family. Not only have I seen great results but the club is always packed with awesomeness...staff as well as members!!!!!
23 Day of the weight loss challenge. So far I have done 29-60 minute workouts. I have not missed a day so far. All the trainers are great at encouraging and keeping everyone working. I have lost 25 pounds so far. I see a lot of my friends from CPD, CFD, and dispatch working hard. I would like to thank Title Boxing for sponsoring such a fun event.
