Stopped in for a Muay Thai class! Knowledgeable coach and great students. Had the opportunity to spar with the coach, he's a great fighter with excellent head movement, footwork, and a library of kicks! What a pleasure couldn't recommend it enough for anyone looking to get into combat sports.
Great place for kids
My son had his first class here today. He can be quite shy trying something new and didn't know what to expect, but Coach JP and Coach Mel immediately gave him 1 on 1 attention and instruction so he can catch up to the other kids. He wasn't left behind, he was encouraged, praised and supported by them both. They are both great with kids, tough but fair and supportive, great to see! He was beaming with confidence after 1 class. He can't wait to keep going and loves it already!
