We are so incredibly impressed with the service we received working with Brian at Titan Roofing and Siding! Brian has been there for us throughout the entire process. Our initial FREE inspection, multiple visits with adjusters and a structural engineer. He was always there! We were finally able to get our insurance company to agree to a full roof replacement after multiple conversations with our adjuster. Flat out amazing! These guys walked us through the process of replacing our roof after some serious wind damage. Communication was a breeze, and the owners checked in regularly. I had email responses from Randy himself within minutes both during the workday, and even at 10pm on a Sunday night.
