great job, work was done timely
They called immediately; schedule and performed the work on schedule and fairly priced. I have kept their card and would certainll use them again.
They took photos of the roof prior to quoting so that I could see everything that needed to be fixed. they arrived when they said they would, completed the job efficiently and cleaned up after they were finished. Excellent service.
Titan Roofing was extremely professional. Miguel handle the job from start to finish and was aware of everthing that was going on. Our roof repair was very small but he handled it like it was an entire roof replacement. He inspected the roof, took pictures and even replaced the broken tiles temporarily until we scheduled the work. Titan was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend to anyone who needs roof work big or small.
Miguel Rodriquez came out and inspected the roof before and after the work was done; he was very professional and his service crew arrived on time.
They were reasonable and did the job in a timely fashion
They came and looked at the problem, showed us the problem, told us what they could do. They showed up on time to fix the initial problem, found another and came back and took care of that one. Great people to deal with, no nonsense, clean, respectful of our property. Unless there is some unforeseen problem with our billing when we receive it we will definately call them when we have any other roofing issue.
Initial communication for an estimate was slightly difficult. Estimator was punctual, informative and helpful. Workers were on time as scheduled and cleanup was excellent.
Patric was prompt and attentive. He even came out to double check the work after a second contractor had to come out for an unrelated matter. I would recommend them again. The work was completed asap.
