I had spotted a stain on my living room ceiling. Utilized Service Magic and a representative from Titan Roofing contacted me a very short time later. We established a time for the estimate to be done and the estimater came to my house when he said he would. He appeared very knowledgeable and explained to me in detail what needed to be done. The final bill was the same as the bid, no additional fees 4. Finished the job in 2 days 5.
