Exceptional customer service, knowledgeable staff and timely repair work. I have been a customer for over 15 years- they always exceed my expectations. Ben, Glenn, Will, Jamie, Stacy, Ray, James (RIP), Bernard, Brad and many others always go above and beyond to assist me with vehicle issues. I feel safe knowing that the information they provide as well as the repair is honest and of top quality.

I went in to have my passenger light replaced & aligned. Also mentioned to check the heater core. Told they had a special to check out entire vehicle for $30 & agreed. Did not have my light replaced when I returned at mid day (after having left it overnight), did not recieve any checklist of things checked they missed an already broken foglight.

I bought a battery from Firestone in June 2020 and had them install it. Six months later my battery was barely starting my car. I brought my car in and the service manager (Ethan, 20th street location) said he would charge the battery up for a cost. I told him it should be replaced or charged for free. He refused. On Christmas Day my car wouldn't start. I jumped it and took it to a different shop. They said the battery is bad and needs to be replaced. I took my car to Miami location they are super expensive. I paid $800 l felt like being robbed... Take you car to somewhere else. I will post this all over social media.

31-AUG-2020 I took my 1995 *** K3500 to a FIRESTONE in Des Moines, IA to do some front-end work and get an oil change done before driving to SW Oklahoma the next day. Primarily, the truck was there to replace the Upper Control Arms on the front end. An oil change was an afterthought.... I think Firestone is horrible and dishonest. I took my car there to get the AC done and it was nit fix correctly. Took it back and it still don't work 1200.00 later. Took it to another Firestone and they told me I never had work done on my care. I had to show them the receipts and they told me take it back to the one that was supposed to do the work. I don't think I will ever go back to them to do anything on my car. I don't want to pay for work that will not get done.

The Tires Plus on 3716 N 90th St, Omaha, NE 68134 provided exceptionally poor service to me. I scheduled an appointment at 9 am for 4 tires. They said it would be done in about 1 1/2 hours. 6 hours later I called and they said they were just working on it and it would be ready in the same amount of time. 3 1/2 hours later I get my car. A week later, I notice one of my tires is low. I take it in, they determine it was a beading issue near the rim. Horrible Customer Service at Atlanta Perimeter Location.About work order ******, I dropped my car off on 9/7/2020. Today is 9/11, 10 am and I still do not have my car or have heard from anyone concerning my car today. I originally made an appt for 9/7 but changed to 9/8-8am appt because of the holiday. I dropped it off early on 9/7 2:30pm because I called on 9/6 11:02am and was advised it would be good to bring it in early that they can possibly start it early.
