Only tire shop I use anymore.. And for good reason. Awesome customer service. Have never tried to up sell me on anything. (I have mile long maintenance book on all vehicles.)
Terrible place to take your car they have had our car for a week now. My husband has missed three physical therapies. And my son has misses his therapist appointment. You keep telling us your working on it. But yet you've had it for a week. You people will not get our business ever again. Horrible place
Hit a pothole the other day and it messed up one of our tires. I just "happened" upon tire world today and was greeted by Steve and a nice young lady in the lobby. Told Steve my problem and he came out to the car, looked at the size, went in the back to see if they had one, came back said yea and had me fixed up and out on like 30 min. maybe less...I live in Madison and I will drive to Tire World to get my next set of tires. Thanks Steve for a great experience.
they overestimated there ability and when they could not meet realistic goals, they blamed the customer. they were unwilling to try to make the problem right. very unprofessional. i had 3 vehicles with new tires all the way around from them and will never purchase another nor recommend them.
