I have been beyond delighted with our services from Tire World. My husband and I have been taking our vehicles here for servicing for almost two years now. I work in customer service, so I try not to complain much because I understand mix ups. But I’ve been here several times through my company and every time I go, something is messed up. At 8am this morning I dropped my car off to get tires, oil changed and brakes checked. I come back at 4pm and they said they just checked my old tires but didn’t put any new ones on. My coworker left his there at the same time and they forgot to check his transmission. Again, I’m not angry, and I understand mixups, but please try to do better ... read more
If you don't smoke, I would advise you to go somewhere else. The work was O K but not cheap. Maybe cheaper than some but more than expensive than others. The smell is really bad. I don't feel I should have to deal with it
