Not Take a hour and a half to do a oil change.
I work in customer service, so I try not to complain much because I understand mix ups. But I’ve been here several times through my company and every time I go, something is messed up. At 8am this morning I dropped my car off to get tires, oil changed and brakes checked. I come back at 4pm and they said they just checked my old tires but didn’t put any new ones on. If you don't smoke, I would advise you to go somewhere else. The work was O K but not cheap. Maybe cheaper than some but more than expensive than others. The smell is really bad. I don't feel I should have to deal with it

RecommendedI had a flat on the interstate about 5 miles away. I called the store and luckily they had a tire that would fit my car. When I arrived the store was backed up and busy but Dwight personally installed the tire on my car so that I could get back on the road and complete my trip. They went out of their way for an out-of-towner that was unlikely to result in repeat business for them. Spectacular customer service and I could not recommend any place of business more!
