Not even worth the 1 star. Complete rip off. And over charge for everything. Went in to have a stud replaced 15 for the part and 85 for labor. Kma. Went down the street to country tire and auto and got it done for 30
Brought in Monday for rotation, balance and to fix a tire that keeps going flat. Not fixed. DIL drove it home and it was flat. Called them. Told her they could only help her if she drove back. 45 minute drive each way. Brought it back Friday. Let her leave again without fixing. I called and spoke to Jeff, the owner. She had spoken to the manager. We were both told that she gave them the wrong tire and that the tire they checked was fine. Rip off artists. My fiance bought a set of "practically new" tires/wheels for his Jeep. They were Jeff - the owners tires. We spent $1000 on them. One of the tires went completely flat the SAME day. So here we are at Tire World now being told the boss is in Mexico & they cant get in touch with him right now (no cell phone?...hmmmmm) AND the only thing that can be done is they can fix the tire...can't exchange or anything. $1000 and I had to take my kids to school in an ice cold car after realizing Jeep tire was flat again. Brought my vehicle in last week for a simple tire balance & and rotate. Sat for an hour only to watch them rotate the tires, and they were not properly rotated at that. So when I questioned why I did not the service I requested I was told "they didn't really know but would look into it." Tire World, you need to work on your mission statement. Not only have you not earned my business but you have lost it!
