I brought my audi to tire town to get 2 new tires and a set of aftermarket wheels installed. Went three weeks in a row for an oil change and got there before they opened.. went on the days they told me they were not going to have my car for several hours cause those days weren’t as busy. Tried last week and same scenario.. they said can you leave your car cause it’ll be several hours. No I cannot leave my car! All for an oil change! I was a customer there for a while but no more! I went in for a front end alignment on a Friday around lunch. They took my truck and went to work. They call me out there to see my tie rod was too short for the spindle. And couldn’t do the toe alignment. They said come back first thing Monday morning at 7:30 and we will fix it first thing if you figure out the tie rod issue. I pay the full price and show up Monday morning at 7:15am with my tie rod issue resolved (have to miss work in Gulfport for this) and three people ahead of me. All getting tires.
