Hands down the best service center in Grand Forks. Call this morning at 8am to make an appointment for a rotate, balance and alignment and my car was serviced at 10am. Jerome came and picked up my car from my place of work and when it was finished he dropped it off. I couldn't have been more happy to have the pu & drop off service offered to me. I didn't have to leave work twice and find a friend to take me to and from. Jordan also was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back

If your looking for courteous and knowledgeable staff Valvoline and Tire One is the place to go. I can stay in my vehicle, I don't have to wait in line for an hour at the dealerships. My time is to valuable to me. They even pick up your vehicle at your work and deliver it when finished! Who wouldn't like that.. Courtesy vehicles are also available if you have errands to run while your getting your car fixed at Tire One. They run the business with the customer always first.
Got a flat between Fargo and Grand Forks. Since it was a slice in the tire, the boys said they may not be able to fix it, but would do their best. In the end, the repair was successful. I appreciate their honesty and professionalism in these regards.
