Awesome customer service! I happen to have an uncommon size tire on my car, but Ian got it ordered right away. Went back today and he had it on and ready to go in 10 minutes. Hands down the best experience I've had with any tire shop 🙌
5/5 stars, the fact that they got me in right away on a Friday at 6:30 meant so much!! Thank you guys! 1/13 Once again these guys have saved my sanity! I cannot begin to explain how great these guys are, I work until 5 so the fact they get me in right away to check on and fix my tires at a great price means more to me than you can know! I have always brought my car here for tire issues and will continue to bring my vehicle in. Thank you guys for the great service and everything you do!
I’ve been going to Valvoline for oil changes frequently for the past several years. My husband brought one of our vehicles for an oil change this week. Today he noticed his car was sitting in a puddle of fluids—apparently the oil filter cap and antifreeze cap were not screwed on. He had a big mess and the oil was bone dry. He had to go buy oil and fill it himself to get him back to Valvoline. They cleaned up the mess but didn’t even offer a refund. Customer service and being treated well is so important.
