I went there and was told I did not have to pay for 12 months. I asked the man "so what do I owe today?" He said "nothing" I thanked him and left. The very next day, less than 24 hours after I left the shop, he woke me up out of the bed with 2 police officers at my door threatening me and demanding money. This so called "business" should be s*** down

You applied for the credit and when asked by the *** did not provide the approval number for the credit. The worst establishment ever The store manager is rude and talks to women like they are trash. He should be taught how to be respectful to customers first before being told hes a store manager. Ridiculous I will never go back there and after spending over 1 k for 4 new tires and FREE rotation that they wont do I will make sure everyone knows how much of a rip off they are
problem on dealing with (tbc) tire-kingdom . on 1/30/22 called and put in my claims, they saw the pictures read the claim. That was almost a month ago . only thing I got from them was that it was kicked up to corp 2 weeks ago. no call no email. The customer service rep can not even enter updates on the claim. I called the ** and left a message, seeing how I had his # from the last time the shop manager lied and said that he called me and fixed the rim. On November 25, 2022 NTB had a buy 2get 2 new tires sale I made an appointment for 11/27/22 I was sent a email confirmation ************************************************* took off from work . On Nov. 26 I was contacted via phone about reschedule appointment because they was over booked and ********* called off. I had car ?? oil change done by the store at *************** in ************* store. They did tire rotation. After the service I am seeing oil drops in my garage where it is parked. Also, the car front is bouncing a lot. I took car to store and was told that the oil pan and engine head gasket are leaking. I had a simple question - what happened in the store at that day that I am seeing these two issues all of sudden. I took my car to Tire Kingdom for tire replacement. I chose 2 tires for the front of my car along with an alignment. I was told to leave my care and they would call me when it was ready. They called me within 3 hours and told me that the alignment could not be performed because I needed struts and tie rod replacements and the labor alone would cost $590. I took my car in for an oil change. a month later I notice that there was a small oil leak. I was told that my oil drain bolt was stripped and they would replace it. TBC is recommending an oil pan replacement.
Tires not rotated as promised with the oil change even after a very long wait. NTB said I needed new rear shocks at over a $400 bill. I went straight to a legitimate shop where I paid $40 for tire rotation AND shock inspection. NTB straight up lied about the condition of shocks. Never again!!!
I took my car in for an oil change. They told me to come collect my car because the bolt was stripped and they couldn't do it. I made the appointment for my dealership for the next day. The very next day at the dealership, they tell me that I am missing the oil filter cap in my engine bay. I call back NTB to ask them if they have it and they deny ever seeing me. The dealership charged me $50 for a new cap. The people at this NTB are sloppy and lack accountability. They are not to be trusted!
