I will never do the services with this company anymore, the Costurmer services is terrible, the services is take to long I live the van 9:30 am morning time 4 pm my van ?? not ready to pick up, this not accept be we only change the tire ?? balance and aliment, this a list 2 hours job they take 6 hours, this not right, and when I call they said when you done I will call you ok and hung up the phone, believe I never do Bussines with this company anymore

I took my car in on 6/20 to get my brakes looked at. I made an appointment online only to find out they didn't have it on the books. I arrived at 9:30am and my car wasn't looked at until 12:30p. I was told I needed brake pads and rotors which I already knew. On the way home on 6/22 I kept hearing squeaking, grinding, and a high pitched whistle coming from the front breaks. Called NTB on North Fayette area, 405 ********** ********** **. to look at my tire. We were told to take tire off car, bring it in and have them look at it. We did, they found a nail, would not fix the tire but said i had a bent rim causing leak in tire. Said we should order a new. Tire, had tire discount so pro rated tire and save money, **** said pro rated ****** was the tire cost I paid before. So ******, yes and then was overcharged ****** for tire. Apparently being bought by ***** tire. Called made an appointment ( thought I called Tire Kingdom) he quoted me a price and made my appointment. Got 4 new tires was charged over $300 more than quote.I had no idea , they answered phone.Tire Kingdom not *****. Not a happy camper. No way Im a long time customer of ********************** and have always praised them but ***** , if deception is your game Im OUT!

recently I had very bad and inappropriate experience with NTB at Garner, Raleigh, NC location. my son who is 18 year old went there to check the Emission since it was required for inspection. they agreed to do the repair but they said we have to order the parts which will come tomorrow and can leave the van. unfortunately my son have signed the papers they have given for the bill 3,228.25.he has signed the papers 4- 5 PM time. i see the time in from NTB papers 4:14 PM. and the office closed at 6pm.and will open next morning ... read more

Ntb is the worst and has only gone down over the last few years. I went in for my schedule appointment and was met by the manager or service manager who was so unfriendly as if he was being bothered by my presence. Then was later told that the alignment machine was broken so no service for you. Unfriendly guy just handed me the keys and walked away. I did make a complaint but what good is that going to do. Smh
First, I make an 8am appointment thinking I could leave my keys in a drop box to be at work by 8 but they do not have that option. No problem. I'm greeted quickly to check my car in at 8 so that's the only "star". ****** proceeds to tell me he is the only person working that day. I called the corporate office and filed a complaint about my recent negative experience at a local franchise. I was provided a case number and told someone at corporate will follow up within 72 hrs. However, no one has followed up and no solution has been proposed.
